    Hi How much Welding are we talking about post a list of welding jobs. Dont mind giving time but welding wire and sheet metal would need paying for Sorry.

    i want to start doing this, taking lost causes and getting them back on the road just to have more mini's on the road. i just don't have the money to do it Sad

    Dont have much disposable income at the moment untill after monaco GP......

    Welding as follows....

    Door step drivers side and small pacth on rear quarter drivers side..... Would post photos but dont know how....

    so thats the drivers door step, the drivers rear quarter and the top of the windscreen


    still after wheels, starter motor....rear valence??


    sorry should have made them a bit smaller

    WOW Big hole in drivers sill rear quarter not bad and the one by windscreen bit awkward to do with screen still in place just melt the rubbers away. Going to take more than a day to do properly.

    weindscreen one not a problem gonna remove the windscreen anyway as have new rubbers....the sill is fine its the step thats rotten.....reakon get a whole new step or just plate?

    Ok Then its just finding the time and wether you can cover materials for the job Welding wire and metal mainly Looks simple in pic but Minis rarely are. Probably need to grind out more metal to find the good metal to weld to so hole bound to get bigger first. Bit busy with my own Mini at the moment when i have spare time. So keep you posted I see Mini being sold on so no real rush your still mobile.

    lol...yeah still mobile as I have Jack back (for now) but want it done soon as hubby dont like it on our grass :-((

    Yeah steve the yellow wheels be great if Becki is gettinf rid....keep me posted....

    Got side repeaters, starter motor and battery now....
