As you may know my friends are buying thier first mini from me in the very immediate furture and for a laugh I wanted to make them a little owners manual/tips book, light hearted fun and jokes with serious points also.....so if you have any then please let me know ASAP..

1. Avoid puddles at all costs... unless you want your feet bathed.
2. Leaking engine oil is encouraged as it prolongs the life of your front subframe.
3. when mechanicle/ elecrticle faults let you down remember the three most inportant rules of mini ownership, adapt, improvise and overcome.

Always power hard round corners, this s a must as it forms part of the minis propulsion system and failure to do so could result in seemingly endless acceleration and throttle pedal angst.

850s r the future,
avoid scuttle and inner a panel rust at all cost, fit a roof rack for luggage, no need for a full box of tools (too much weight) , just a 10,11, 13 and 14mm spanners, 2 screwdrivers, a hammer, WD40 and duck tape, oil n water if it cant be fixed with them then aa card lol
