july meet

july's meet i'm hoping will be a good one

the main thing we will all need to discuss is our mini run next month, may make a list of everyone that is def going to be doing the run

Do we have to have our mini's on the road to come? I might come as it would give me ideas as to what to do with my mini! Currently just looking at pictures, and it is not the same as actually being next to one is it?!

Noo of course not. I joined way before I even bought my mini. Fairly often members come in other cars. It'd be nice for you to meet the club and have a look at our pride and joys =]

If it's not raining Tango will make an appearance for the first time. If it is not raining the only thing stopping us will be the fact that my pants are on fire again, bacause I have been drinking schnapps, scrumpy and stella artois again. Christian are you going tommorow? Damm these pants!

mini meet was brilliant except for james little misshap at the end poor bitzy

It was nice on Sunday, which was our first Chichester meet, to be among fellow mini peeps and not be at a large event. There was a bloke waiting at a junction in his car who's face was a picture as we all filed past in front of him, everybody loves a real Mini. What happened to James?

Sadly James flipped his car, back over front, if that makes sense, it was on his way home quite late. Poor car is in mini heven now!
Otherwise a good meet, up until that point, apart from my absent car

Oh dear! I hope he is alright? Increases my reasoning to keep the roll cage!

Thanks for all your care from both Destiny and I, we both walked away practicaly unscratched.

Off to view and hopefully buy a new mini tomorrow. Will probably be too scared to drive it though.

Is the car a complete write off? If so, such a shame... probably the best looking mini I saw!!

She was a write off, nothing was straight, the floor had crumpled up around my feet, the bulkhead was squashed in and so on. It's such a shame, but Ollie and I salvaged as much as possible. I will have lots of spares for sale at some point but only after i know what i need for my next project.

The new car has been lined up, I'm off to view it today, with a small bundle of cash.
