mini trailer :)

Hi all
I am planning to make my 92 mini city e in to a trailer .
I have never done this before so any one got any tips or ideas or even step by step guide it would be help loads

make sure befor you start to infill the front of the trailer you weld in a plate on the top of the tunnel with large nuts welded to it os you can bolt the bar to it. i used 19mm buts and bolts .

awesome, I want to do this at some point but with a clubman estate!

i am making a step by step guild that will be on my face book and will prob try and get it up on the net at some point

thanks thats a good guid i am going to make mine a bit shorter and where did u get your sheet metal form and what thickness did u use ?? and how much is it ?

Hi M8 Thanks for comments Sheet metal came from the place at the top end of Durban road Lego land End next time im passing I will clock the name of it and post. £25 pound for half of a 8x4 sheet of 4mm but metal has gone up again in price so could be more now.

Sorry to revive an old topic... but I have to say WOW!!! I have never seen a mini trailer before, that looks amazing haha! Well done.

go on to the club facebook group and have a look at the photos and you will see my shorty with trailer on the back.

Thanks for comments my Mini trailer is now SOLD was running out of room on my drive, NEED to finish Shaggy and then Start My Clubman Welding and more Welding then a bit more Welding LOL
